Animation Alley began as a fun hobby and has blossomed into a profitable enterprise. "It really did start as a hobby for us," said Dana Tietsworth, Animation Alley's founder and site designer. As forerunners in the on-line collecting community, the site also sponsors two collecting clubs dedicated to animation art and Wee Forest Folk collectibles. In addition, Mrs. Tietsworth serves as an advisor to other collectors on expertcentral.com.
