Animation Alley is proud to partner with United Parcel Service (UPS) for all our
shipping needs. UPS has a reputation for providing quality service at a fair price. In addition, UPS has the broadest
range of services, global presence and the best package tracking of any delivery company around.
While UPS is our preferred carrier, it is ultimately your choice. If you prefer
another shipping method, please let us know. We'll be happy to accommodate you.

BUT BE CAREFUL....
Choosing the right carrier is VERY IMPORTANT.
We've had several experiences just like this with carriers other
than UPS.
  
Don't trust anyone to ship your priceless collectibles - Choose
the BEST. And it's no more expensive when comparing similar services!
Our standard shipping service is UPS GroundTrack. GroundTrack shipments generally
take 6 days or less to reach even the furthest domestic destination (for us it's Southern California).
If you are interested in express delivery, we're happy to ship via UPS's guaranteed
1, 2 or 3 day services. Our express shipping and handling fees are: $15 for 3-day service, $19 for 2-day service
and $25 for Next Day service.
Note: Some larger packages may require additional express delivery fees.
Our general practice is to ship your ground shipment order within 72 hours. If
for some reason this is delayed, we will contact you via phone or email to explain.
Priority shipments (1, 2 or 3 Day Service) ship the next day (order must be received before 5:00pm EST).
Once your package ships, we will email your package tracking number so that you
can get up-to-date information regarding your shipment.
Shipping on orders over $500 and insurance on ALL orders is included FREE-OF-CHARGE
(except on consignment pieces).
