How to Shop on the Site
Shopping at Animation Alley is simple and fun! Simply browse our animation art galleries
and collectibles rooms by clicking on the appropriate selection on our home page. Clicking takes you immediately
to that area where you are welcome to browse. We welcome you to spend as much time browsing as you like - the store
NEVER closes! All Animation Alley products can be viewed on-line. Click the hyperlinked text or small graphic to
see a full size picture of the collectible.

Shopping Cart
Using the shopping cart is simple. As you are browsing the site, simply enter the quantity
of the item desired and press the <ADD TO CART> button nearby. In some cases, where there are color, size
or other variations associated with the item, you may be asked to make some other selections before adding the
item to your cart. Once you press the <ADD TO CART> button, you will be taken directly to the cart where
you can view and adjust the cart contents. You can then return to shopping or continue with the check-out process.
Please remember, that the contents of the cart with remain in-tact during your entire visit to our store.
At any time during your visit to Animation Alley.com, you can view the contents of your cart
or place your order (check-out) by clicking on the tabs at the lower left corner of each page. We present these
tabs consistently throughout the site to keep the shopping process as simple as possible.
Once you have decided to place your order, click the <CHECKOUT> tab at the lower left
of the page you are on to be taken directly to the shopping cart. Enter all pertinent shipping and billing information,
select your preferred shipping method and payment type and click the <CHECK OUT> button at the bottom of
the shopping cart page.

Manual Order Form
Realizing that some on-line shoppers want the most flexible shopping experience, we
also maintain a SECURE, manual order form to assist you in placing your order. CLICK HERE to access the order form or find it on our Home Page and SiteMap.
The Ordering Process
As you are shopping, take note of those items you may wish you purchase. Jot down the catalog
number, description and price so that it will be easy to complete the order form when you are ready to leave.
When you have completed shopping at Animation Alley, and you want to order items, simply
access our order form by clicking on a link that reads "SECURE ORDER FORM" or "SECURE ORDERING".

Once you at the order form, you'll notice that the page is secure. You can tell this by examining
various elements in your browser. First examine the URL line at the top of the screen. It should read "https://.....".
The "s" after the "http" means SECURE! Also, check the lower left/right corner of the browser
to make sure the lock is in the closed (locked) position.
Complete the order form as completely and accurately as possible by completing the following
steps:
1) Complete the Ship To
Information (PO Boxes not accepted)
2) Complete the Billing
Information
a) Select payment method - COD, Check/MO, Credit Card
3) Complete Order
Information
4) Calculate the Grand Total - Don't forget to add in shipping, COD, NJ Sales Tax (if being shipped to a NJ address)
and to deduct any gift certificates ("Alley $") that you may possess.
5) Add extra Comments in the section provided
6) Press the SUBMIT ORDER button to securely process your order or START
OVER to clear the form and start from scratch.
Once the order has been completed, you will be directed back to the Animation
Alley home page. You will be notified by email or phone to confirm receipt of your order and to provide to with
a shipment date.
If you opted to pay by check or money order, please be sure to mail the payment
to us. Your order will be shipped as soon as the check clears (generally 3-5 business days). If purchasing by credit
card, your charge will not be processed until the package is ready to ship.

Once your order ships (generally within 24 hours), you will be notified and
provided a UPS tracking number. You can track your package shipment directly from our site or from the UPS web
site at www.ups.com.
